Victorian State Schools Spectacular Drumline

D² are helping bring Drumline to the Victorian State Schools Spectacular for the very first time in 2022!

The Victorian State School Spectacular is right of passage for thousands of young musicians and dancers from all over Victoria and an amazing opportunity for some of the state’s top young artists to collaborate and work with industry professionals.

After months of workshops and rehearsals with the incredible VSSS team, a cast of over 3000 student performers and crew will have a once in a lifetime performance at John Cain Arena.

And what better way to take an Arena show to the next level than with the addition of a drumline?!

Getting involved in this amazing program is totally free and a rare opportunity to work the the team from D² for huge, world class event.

Applications are now open for Senior School students who wish to take part in the 2022 VSSS Drumline. Please check all details then use the Application Form below to submit your interest.

The Victorian State School Spectacular is a Victorian Education Department initiative for students attending a Government School in Victoria. As such, this opportunity is not open to adult performers or students in a the Private or Catholic education systems.

Students must be currently enrolled in a Victorian Government school to be eligible.

Cost: Free

Experience: No drumline experience necessary – AMEB Grade 6 or higher recommended, but students without this level of experience are welcome to apply.
